Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Nashville to guide a team toward accurate data entry, efficient inventory control, and smooth daily operations. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards across the shift.

The role requires warehouse experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. The schedule runs Tue-Sat from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) proficiency.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership capable of coaching 2–5 team members.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels and reconcile merchandise.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. As part of our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

• Be responsible for accurate data entry


• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation


• Assign work and monitor group activities


• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements


• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies


• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs


• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

At a Minimum, You’ll Need

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)


• Ability to learn new computer applications


• 4 years of warehouse experience


• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It’d Be Great If You Also Have

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Bilingual (Spanish)


• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)

This Job Requires The Ability To

• Lift up to 50 lbs.


• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled
