JOB PURPOSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Title: Pickers and Packers/ Material Handlers - (South Olathe, KS area)

Warehouse Leads

Hourly Rates:

Picker and Packers/ Material Handler

• 1st shift $17.00 per hour (includes a $2.00 Direct Hire Premium)

Employment Type: Full-Time

• 1st shift $18.00 per hour (includes a $2.00 Direct Hire Premium)

$50 Weekly Attendance Incentive Bonus! Opportunity to earn up to $350 Retention Bonus!**

Start time: 1st shift 7:00AM - 4:30PM - Monday - Friday (subject to change)

OVERTIME AS REQUIRED (SATURDAYS INCLUDED)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load/unload trucks
• Review documents for accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned
• Work throughout warehouse in different departments handling sophisticated magazines and CBD products as part of standard operations

Job requirements:

• Be able to be certified to operate a forklift
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to bend, squat, stoop, and stand for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to carry up to 25 lbs frequently, 25-35 lbs occasionally
• Dedication to working safely
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US

We operate in a teamwork environment, so positive attitude, attendance, and punctuality are expected. Criminal Background Check, Integrity Screening, and Drug Screening are required.

Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

Environmental Conditions:

Employees are exposed to normal warehouse conditions, with no excessive noise, moving machinery, or hazardous substances.

Physical Lifting Requirements:

Light (up to 25 lbs.), moderate (25-50 lbs.), or heavy (over 50 lbs.) loads.
