White Cap is hiring immediately for a Lead Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ. This role supports the on-site operations within the field operations function, and involves leading junior staff, ensuring safe and efficient material handling, and meeting shipment deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
