Job summary

White Cap in Florida is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient processes. You will mentor junior associates, oversee performance goals, and actively participate in loading, unloading, and moving merchandise with a forklift.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and leadership, with on-site work and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company that values inclusivity and professional development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Leadership experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.
