Job summary

Cencora’s distribution team in Mansfield, MA is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate for a Monday–Friday 7:00am start. This full-time role offers starting pay of $24.66/hour with potential to reach $28.23/hour plus incentives and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will verify shipments, update systems, track inventory and prepare dispatch documents to keep operations on schedule. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in warehouse support, forklift/cherry picker experience, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehouse or distribution operations experience required.
• Forklift/Cherry picker experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
