What You Will Do:

• Monitor and improve safety performance
• Manage and optimize wire machine utilization
• Oversee wire cutting and pipe queue to allocate resources effectively
• Maintain high customer service standards in wire cutting and pipe yard operations
• Use North Coast Tool Kit to influence key performance indicators
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Strong follow-through on tasks
• Team-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills
• Previous warehouse and/or driver experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Effective communication skills for writing and responding to emails
• Experience using Solar for troubleshooting delivery issues
• Commitment to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Lifting and pulling heavy objects (50+ lbs.) repeatedly
• Work in warehouse, office, and outdoor settings
• Frequent use of computers, phones, and scanners
• Typically a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours based on business needs
• Reliable on-site attendance is required

Salary & Compensation:

• Non-exempt position eligible for overtime
• Hourly pay ranges from $23.94 to $29.95, depending on experience (DOE)
