Responsibilities

• Assign and lead wait staff to complete prep and post-service tasks in a timely manner.
• Present menu Showtime clearly to residents and train staff on presentation.
• Wait on tables promptly ensuring residents' needs are met.
• Interact with residents, families, and coworkers professionally.
• Work in proper uniform and arrive on time for shifts.
• Attend mandatory education events and help lead staff training.
• Communicate respectfully with supervisors and staff.
• Speak positively about team members and customers.
• Recognize contributions of staff and encourage teamwork.
• Greet residents by name and maintain eye contact.
• Be willing to step beyond primary duties to assist customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
