The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly with LLMs, and possesses strong Python skills. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $200K to $400K plus equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
• Prior experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Fluency in Python and modern ML tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and engineering efforts to improve core conversational capabilities.
• Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines.
• Partner with platform and product engineers to integrate new models.
