Job summary

employU is seeking a Supervisor of Vocational Services in Tampa, FL to lead a local team of Employment Specialists and Job Coaches. You will coach staff, ensure quality service delivery, and grow referrals while maintaining program integrity.

The role may carry a temporary caseload during early growth and transitions to full leadership as the pod matures. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Prior supervisory, coaching, or team-lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based case management/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Employment Specialists and Job Coaches to ensure adherence to the service model and performance standards.
• Monitor pod performance and drive improvements in team accountability and caseload growth.
• Recruit and build a local team; support outreach to grow referrals and caseload volume.
• Oversee administrative duties including documentation, billing, and timely case notes.
• Balance direct service caseload responsibilities with leadership duties during early pod growth.
