Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH, is seeking a Visual Inspection Lead to oversee the 100% manual visual inspection, labeling and packaging of sterile vial products. You will act as a bridge between workers and management, guiding the team, enforcing GMP standards and driving quality improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in inspection/manufacturing within regulated environments, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel between facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inspection and manufacturing equipment within GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience with FDA/EU regulated environments.
• Experience with Visual Inspection and labeling/packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% manual visual inspection and labeling of sterile vials.
• Lead Visual Inspection team and manage daily assignments and shift communication.
• Adhere to SOPs and GMP standards; document results precisely.
• Initiate investigations of quality events and support CAPAs with management.
• Train new employees on visual inspection requirements and test kits.
