Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH seeks a QA Operations Specialist II – Visual Inspection to support QA activities in visual inspection, final product sampling, labeling and ship/retains management.

You will coordinate with VI, Manufacturing, Materials Management and QA to ensure AQL targets, batch records compliance and documentation. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharma QA/VI preferred; strong attention to detail and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Visual Inspection, QA, or QC in pharma
• Knowledge of FDA regulations (21 CFR 210, 211, 820) and ICH

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight of Visual Inspection related activities
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements for VI, AQL, labeling, packaging and final product release/shipments
• Monitor production and visual inspection schedules and communicate potential delays
• Inspect final packaged lots, bulk packaging, final product disposition and retains
• Review batch records and GMP documentation
