Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow for vinyl graphics, digital printing, graphic finishing, plotting, lamination, and preparation.
• Review work orders, artwork files, proofs, specifications, and production requirements prior to release.
• Coordinate workflow between Engineering, MOM, Manufacturing, Paint, Assembly, and Shipping.
• Collect, evaluate, analyze, and assess production data for time standardization.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout graphics production.
• Manage graphics equipment, maintenance, housekeeping in workspaces and inventories.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
