You will shoot on our on-site studio, collaborate with marketing, manage post-production, and mentor a motion team. This hands-on role requires technical precision and a passion for craft.

Expect 20-30% travel; base at headquarters in Appleton.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-end video production and editing experience.
• End-to-end video workflow knowledge from storyboard to pre-production lighting and final delivery.
• Mastery of camera systems and professional lighting for industrial spaces.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• Portfolio showing brand storytelling and national spots.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary cinematographer on set with lighting and sound.
• Use on-site production studio to execute high-polish shoots.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to define look and feel of brands.
• Audit and maintain equipment to meet cinematic standards.
• Translate briefs into visual frameworks and scalable motion output.
• Own the end-to-end production process from shoot to final export.
• Provide creative feedback to ensure all work meets brand promises.
