Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Videographer to oversee the creation and execution of high-quality video content that supports our brand and marketing initiatives. You will guide video strategy, ensure storytelling consistency, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative content.

You will lead planning, shooting, editing, and post-production across studio and on-site shoots, with up-to-date tools and a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and craft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production, including shooting and editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video storytelling.
• Experience leading video projects and providing creative direction.
• Post-High School education preferred.
• Expert knowledge of camera, lighting, and editing techniques.
• Strong visual design sense and storyboarding ability.
• Proven leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, production, and execution of high-quality video content in-studio and on location.
• Develop compelling video storytelling strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Capture and create engaging content, including testimonials and product videos.
• Oversee video quality control to maintain brand standards and consistency.
• Provide creative direction to internal teams and external partners.
• Edit and repurpose content for multiple distribution channels.
• Manage studio space and equipment, maintaining inventory and upgrading tools.
• Classify, organize, and archive raw footage with metadata standards.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive video innovation.
