Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Lead Video Producer to own the Bellevue video studio, directing productions end-to-end from concept through completion. You will collaborate with editors, motion graphics, and agency partners, while shaping creative strategy and maintaining studio standards.

You will lead on a range of productions from events and social campaigns to executive communications, leveraging AI-powered tooling to drive efficiency. Remote-friendly with regular on-site studio days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years producing video content in marketing/branding environments.
• Portfolio showing narrative and storytelling across formats (events, social, campaigns).
• Experience as a camera operator with cinema/mirrorless bodies and color pipeline.
• Studio management with gear ownership, setup, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and direct across productions from single-camera interviews to multi-camera shoots.
• Own the onsite Bellevue studio operations, setup, and day-to-day execution.
• Lead productions from conception to completion, including live events, social content, and campaigns.
• Direct freelance crew and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Edit and finish your work while guiding feedback to editors and animators.
• Coach other team members and align with stakeholders on briefs and scope.
• Develop scalable production systems and optimize scopes based on strategic impact.
