UrgentVet is seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our Cypress urgent-care hospital. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and delivering high-quality pet care in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will drive engagement, efficiency, and financial stability while coordinating with veterinarians and support teams. Expect 40–45 hours weekly with some evenings and weekends on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary medicine preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
• Comfortable working with veterinarians and clinical teams.
