Job summary

UrgentVet - Elgin is hiring an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our UrgentVet Hospitals team. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, staff development, and delivering high-quality after-hours care in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Regional Director of Operations and coordinate with veterinarians to ensure compassionate, efficient service, while driving culture, engagement, and financial stability across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience leading veterinary teams or medical practice operations.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians and staff.
