What You’ll Do

• Monitor anesthesia and assist in advanced surgeries
• Perform dental cleanings and take dental radiographs
• Work side by side with the surgery doctor to determine surgical flow and priorities
• Delegate tasks to ensure efficiency and patient safety
• Mentor and train technicians and assistants
• Onboard new hires to hospital protocols and standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining a smooth daily workflow
• Lead by example to uphold our high standards of medicine and patient care
• Support collaboration between hospital leadership and the technical team

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred
• 2+ years of proven anesthesia, surgical, and dental experience required
• Proven ability to monitor anesthesia and assist in complex surgeries
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience training and mentoring team members
