Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and mentor CVTs/VAs, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Create nursing schedules and coverage plans to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead regular one-on-ones to build trust and team cohesion.
• Maintain clinical protocols and nursing care standards hospital-wide.
• Oversee patient monitoring, anesthesia support, and surgical assistance.
• Ensure drug handling, controlled substance logging, and inventory control.
