Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician with supervisory experience preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience; Internal Medicine or Cardiology is a plus.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow on the floor.
• Managing call-outs.
• Interview process for potential new hires.
• Mentor and train technicians within the department.
• Schedule staff and conduct team meetings.
• Provide opportunities for staff to gain more firsthand experience.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and mentor staff.
• Deliver quarterly employee performance feedback.
