In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s front desk while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate supports and mentors the client service team, manages appointment flow, addresses client concerns, and serves as a key liaison between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership. The Lead Receptionist helps maintain efficient administrative processes, promotes a positive and professional team culture, and ensures both clients and patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.

This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and other benefits depending on role and location. Pay Range
$20—$22 USD
