Sploot Veterinary Care is seeking a strong clinical leader to drive primary and urgent care in Denver. You’ll practice gold-standard medicine, mentor a high-performing team, and shape clinic culture with autonomy over clinical standards.

As Clinic Medical Director, you will influence care model growth, work a flexible 3–4 day schedule, and enjoy comprehensive benefits and a strong interest in modern veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DVM/VMD and be licensed in Colorado.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills to drive outcomes.
• Visionary leader with a passion for modern veterinary care.
• Bonus: experience in surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting patient care standards.
• Implement protocols, oversee QA, ensure top-tier care.
• Mentor veterinarians and nurses to grow their careers.
• Foster a collaborative environment for pets and teams.
• Help scale a modern veterinary model across Sploot.
