Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care is seeking a Clinic Medical Director to lead clinical teams in Denver, offering a 3–4 day workweek with no overnights. You will set patient-care standards, mentor staff, and contribute to our modern veterinary care model.

You will practice gold-standard medicine while guiding the clinic's growth, culture, and clinical outcomes. Colorado-licensed veterinarians with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree, licensed and in good standing in Colorado.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Passion for team-building and collaborative care.
• Strong organizational and strategic skills with decision-making能力.
