Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship.
- Strong organizational & strategic skills.
- Visionary mindset and collaborative approach to change the status quo in veterinary care.
- License in good standing in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor and set the standard for patient care.
- Implement protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure top-tier care.
- Mentor, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to grow in their careers.
- Foster a collaborative environment where both pets and people thrive.
