Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CSR experience in veterinary or medical setting
• Leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with PM software
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
