• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Strong computer skills, including scheduling systems and POS platforms.

• Prior lead, senior, or mentoring experience is required.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-location service environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading by Example: model service excellence, perform CSR duties, handle scheduling and transactions.
• Mentoring the Team: onboard/train CSRs with coaching and development planning.
• Solving Problems: first escalation point for client concerns and workflow gaps.
• Driving Communication: collaborate across departments and handle sensitive conversations.
