VCA PetMed Animal Hospital in Antioch, TN is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our leadership team. Full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating Saturdays.

This role partners with Medical Director and Hospital Manager to mentor staff and drive engagement and efficiency while maintaining high standards of care. The position emphasizes leadership development, mentorship, and daily hospital operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading veterinary support staff.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Proven ability to conduct performance discussions and provide feedback.
• Ability to create and manage staff schedules and lead meetings.
• Comfort with implementing hospital policies and procedures.
