Level99 is growing in Paramus, NJ and seeks an experienced Venue Technician Manager to own the technical health of the venue. You will lead inspections, maintenance and live troubleshooting with a dedicated team, ensuring safety and quality across all challenges.

You will coach technicians, drive compliance, and manage hiring and scheduling to meet business demands. A strong hands-on skillset and willingness to learn on the job are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical, maintenance or facilities teams in dynamic venues.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting with safety in mind.
• Proven ability to train and develop a team to standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Challenges daily with inspections, preventative maintenance and live troubleshooting.
• Own inspection compliance, documentation, corrective action and audit readiness.
• Maintain building systems and ensure fire, life safety, electrical and mechanical compliance.
• Coach and develop Venue Tech Team, manage performance and evaluations.
• Oversee Venue Tech hiring, scheduling and workload prioritization.
• Manage work orders, escalation and resolution across the Venue.
