Job summary

Level99 Paramus is seeking an experienced Venue Technician Manager to own the technical health of the venue. You will run inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and live troubleshooting with the Challenges team, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead and develop the Venue Techs, manage hiring and scheduling, and drive reliable building systems, fire/life safety, electrical, and mechanical upkeep while upholding high repair quality and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading a technical, maintenance or facilities team.
• Ability to coach and hold a technical team to standards.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and safe use of common tools.
• OSHA/CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work daily in the Challenges, performing inspections and live troubleshooting.
• Own inspection compliance, including documentation and audits.
• Oversee Venue maintenance for fire, life safety, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coach and develop the Venue Tech Team; manage performance reviews.
• Own Venue Tech hiring and scheduling to meet demand and priorities.
• Manage work orders, escalation and resolution across the Venue.
