Qualifications

10+ years of product leadership or related experience.

Proven ownership from discovery through MVP and operational transition.
Experience with human-centered design and design thinking.
Strong communication and ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

Serve as accountable owner for concept-to-pilot execution across the Enterprise Innovation portfolio.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Define execution strategies, delivery models, roles, and governance for initiatives.
Lead design sprints, customer discovery, journey mapping, and rapid experimentation.
Own roadmap from prototype to MVP and coordinate vendor management.
Design pilots with measurable outcomes and transition concepts into operations.
Maintain transparent reporting on progress, risks, and value realization.
