Job summary

Cox is seeking an experienced inspector reliability leader to act as the primary escalation point for arbitration concerns, review disputed reports, and ensure accurate condition reporting. The role requires training inspectors, mentoring teams, and driving continuous quality improvements across inspections and photography standards.

The position involves audits (5–10 hours weekly), workload balancing, and ensuring documentation and images meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma/GED with 7 years' related experience, or a higher degree with 5 years' related experience, or 9 years' related experience.
• Constantly required to enter/exit vehicles; walk long distances; stand, reach, talk, hear.
• Proficiency with inspection systems, condition reporting tools, and photography standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for inspection arbitration concerns.
• Review disputed inspection reports and guide condition report accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inspection discrepancies; identify trends for corrective actions.
• Lead training and onboarding of inspectors; coaching for ongoing development; mentor teammates.
