Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Design/Development Release Engineer specializing in Vehicle Access and Key Authentication ECU modules. The successful candidate will collaborate with product design engineers and suppliers to develop components for production, define functional specifications, and support quality assurance efforts.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 years of relevant automotive experience are required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing automotive Vehicle Access systems.
• Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and direct multiple products and suppliers simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of molding and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop component-level specifications and review component DFMEA.
• Participate in Product Assurance Planning and manage suppliers.
• Deliver DVRR and complete all compliance reports.
• Participate in Reactive Quality Problem Solving and support Supplier Quality.
• Provide plant support as needed.

Skills

Working knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, and Ethernet networks

Experience with RF/Wireless systems and component design

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
