Job summary

Enterprise Solutions in Nashville seeks a VDC Engineer II to manage all aspects of VDC projects under the guidance of the Prefab/Construction Manager. You will coordinate BIM models, populate design data, and generate the necessary drawings from model to shop set.

The role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related Autodesk tools, plus experience with coordination calls and multi-project leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D/3D and Autodesk products including Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong ability to read and interpret contract documents and submittals.
• Experience in creating shop, installation, and spool drawings.
• Familiar with NEC and electrical room layouts.
• Experience with coordination in BIM model and clash resolution.

Responsibilities

• Populate lights, cable tray, and electrical equipment per submittals in the coordination model.
• Create homerun schedules and feeder schedules in accordance with NEC.
• Produce all shop drawings, installation drawings, and spool drawings.
• Lead multiple VDC projects and coordinate with trades.
• Read contract documents and apply NEC and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate basic usage of Revit and related Autodesk tools.
