Qualifications

• Degree in VDC or related technical field with 4+ years experience or equivalent combined education and work.
• Strong ability to read, interpret contract documents and schedules.
• Proficient in BIM software, scripting and coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead review of design models for construction projects on site with stakeholders.
• Coordinate BIM processes and meetings, track actions and submittals.
• Develop BIM execution plans and coordinate 4D/5D workflows.
• Prepare quantity variance reports and support quality control.
• Collaborate with VDC team to meet project goals and timelines.
• Explore innovative VDC tools in controlled environments and capture lessons learned.
