Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction.
• Excellent graphic presentation skills.
• Proficiency using BIM/CAD tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autocad.
• Ability to use supporting/presentation software: 3DS Max, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VDC coordination processes across all project phases.
• Support project teams with model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to integrate VDC workflows into planning and execution.
• Develop, maintain, and implement VDC standards and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to internal staff on VDC technologies and processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in creating presentation graphics and visuals for proposals and client meetings.
• Ensure all VDC deliverables meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to VDC and BIM.
