Job summary

Pac Worldwide Corporation is looking for a Head Coach for the Sideline Cheer program at the High School level. This role involves developing student-athletes, mentoring coaches, and maintaining a competitive cheer program during the Varsity Basketball seasons.

The successful candidate should have a background in coaching and be able to organize practice schedules while fostering a supportive environment for athletes. The position is temporary and seasonal with fewer than 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Preferred: Proven experience as a successful head coach with excellent communication skills.

• Develop student-athletes through safe drills, skills, and lesson planning.
• Motivate student-athletes using positive reinforcement.
