Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of girls lacrosse coaching experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a coach; 5 years preferred.
• Current involvement in coaching club lacrosse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and oversee the Girls Varsity Lacrosse team (Spring season).
• Teach athletes skills, techniques, rules, regulations, and team policies.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Be responsible for the general health and welfare of student-athletes and address injuries with the Athletic Trainer.
• Coordinate activities in preparation for scheduled competition.
• Attend practices, home and away contests, and athletic department staff meetings.
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance with the Director of Athletics.
