• Strength and conditioning knowledge for cheer athletes.
• State teaching certificate or coaching credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run daily practices, tryouts, conditioning, and competition schedules.
• Teach tumbling, stunting, jumps, and routines per competitive rubrics.
• Enforce state athletic association rules and risk-management standards.
• Maintain communication with athletic directors, school staff, parents, and booster clubs.
• Handle inventory of uniforms, equipment, music, registrations, and eligibility tracking.
