Triple IT is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to drive impactful research initiatives in Austin. In this role, you will lead end-to-end user research, ensuring insights shape digital experiences for global brands. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in user-centered design and excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead UX Researcher to join our growing team in Austin. As a key voice in our product and platform work, you’ll lead research initiatives that shape world-class digital experiences. You’ll guide research planning, execution, and integration into our product strategy, helping global brands create solutions that fit user needs and business goals alike.
What you’ll do
Design and lead end-to-end user research across key digital products and services.
Collaborate closely with product owners, strategists, and designers to identify research goals.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, analytics, surveys, etc.).
Translate insights into actionable frameworks such as personas, journey maps, and user needs analyses.
Present findings clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
Partner with CX and strategy teams to connect user insights with business context.
Guide research validation cycles pre- and post-launch, including A/B testing and Hotjar/GA analysis.
Mentor junior researchers and build team research maturity.
What we need
5+ years of UX research experience, ideally in an agency or product setting.
Deep knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Experience working in agile and cross-disciplinary environments.
Ability to turn complex data into compelling insights.
Proficiency in tools like Hotjar, GA, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.
Excellent English (written and spoken).
