Job summary
RSM in Chicago is seeking an experienced Front-end UI Engineer to own the enterprise UI component library. You will lead development of reusable components using React, Storybook, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring accessibility and production readiness.

Qualifications
- Proven experience building reusable component libraries or design systems.
- Strong знowledge of front-end architectures, CSS, and design tokens.
- Experience with React, Storybook, and modern tooling.
- Ability to ensure accessibility and cross-browser quality.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for the UI component library and ensure scalability.
- Establish governance, standards, and contribution practices for components.
- Partner with Digital Solution Capabilities to align design and releases.
- Build, test, and maintain reusable UI components using modern front-end tech.
- Translate UX specs into pixel-accurate, production-ready components.
- Review code for fidelity, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and issue resolution.
- Coach engineers and coordinate delivery across teams.
- Communicate releases and migration guidance to consuming teams.
