BillionToOne is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive the end-to-end experience strategy for the prenatal diagnostic platform, Unity. This role merges cutting-edge genomics with human-centered design.

As a key member of our product team, you will lead design from strategic insights through to execution, working within a collaborative environment at our Menlo Park facilities. You will ensure intuitive digital experiences that empower clinicians and patients, while mentoring junior design staff.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in UX, product design, or service design.
• 3+ years in leadership roles with demonstrated ability to own design strategy.
• Proven track record designing in healthcare, biotech, or complex regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete UX vision and strategy for Unity's patient and provider platforms.
• Lead the complete design process from discovery and research to final production.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers and UX contractors.
