Job summary

ENFOS in Durham, NC is seeking a UX Designer to modernize the platform’s user experience across finance, operations, and regulatory workflows. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex requirements into scalable, intuitive enterprise interfaces.

You will shape design systems and contribute to front-end experience modernization, driving usability, accessibility, and data-dense interactions for global enterprises. This onsite role supports five days per week.

Qualifications

• Systems thinking and data-heavy workflow design demonstrated by portfolio.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and complex business applications.
• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering on UX initiatives.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive UX patterns.

Responsibilities

• Modernize the enterprise user experience across the ENFOS platform.
• Design intuitive workflows for regulatory and governance processes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to validate workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure implementation quality and consistency.
• Contribute to enterprise design systems and reusable component standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, intuitive experiences.
