Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, interaction design, graphic design, information science, computer science or related field (Graduate degree a plus).
• 5+ years designing web and mobile applications with user-centered techniques.
• Experience leading and mentoring other designers in craft.
• Proven track record of releasing products guided by user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work for software applications across desktop and mobile devices.
• Participate in user research and A/B testing; advocate for users.
• Define new features and product directions based on user needs.
• Extend and evolve the UX design language for consistent experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to drive solutions to completion.
• Evolve design processes and deliverables to meet organizational needs.
• Capture ideas in fidelity levels from sketches to prototypes.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Mentor other designers within the UX team.
