Amazon is seeking a Senior UX Designer for AWS Field Experiences in Seattle to lead end-to-end design from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams across a world-wide sales organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor degree in human-computer interaction (HCI) or related discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating past work across all stages of UX design and strong design thinking/usability principles.
• Proficient using design software and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for end-to-end experiences from concept to execution across multiple technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on customer problems and product vision.
• Contribute to org strategy and measure health of user experience with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Scale design processes across multiple solutions and inspire others to pursue design excellence.
