Wolf Tree, Inc., a Davey company, offers a Foreman/Foreperson role in field of Utility Line Clearance. On-site leadership will supervise crews, direct equipment, and coordinate tasks for major electric utilities.

The position emphasizes safe handling of tools (chainsaws, aerial lifts) and efficient work planning in a team setting. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and relevant certifications (Line clearance, ISA Tree Worker) with CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver’s license required. CDL preferred and may be required, depending on job requirements.
• Pesticide license, if required by state law.
• Line clearance certification if working near utility transmission lines.
• ISA Certified Tree Worker certification or willingness to obtain.
• Electric utility tree trimming/climbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides crew supervision and line clearing and tree trimming services for major electric utility providers.
• Pruning treetops and removing broken limbs from wires, roofs or other objects.
• Directs crew members and equipment and plans/executed assigned work and tasks.
• Supervise and assist in proper maintenance and operation of tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Operates as part of a crew with Groundmen and Trimmer/Climber support.
