Job summary

Wolf Tree, Inc. is actively seeking a Foreman/Foreperson to supervise crews performing utility line clearance and tree trimming for major electric providers. The role emphasizes safe operation, equipment management, and coordinating tasks on-site.

Ideal candidates will have climbing experience, relevant licenses, and a willingness to obtain ISA Tree Worker certification. The position is full-time with benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's license required; CDL preferred and may be required.
• Pesticide/herbicide licenses as applicable.
• Line clearance certification if near transmission lines.
• ISA Certified Tree Worker certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provides crew supervision and line clearing and tree trimming for major electric utilities.
• Prunes treetops, trims or removes damaged trees and removes broken limbs from wires, roofs or objects.
• Directs crew members and equipment; plans and executes assigned work and tasks.
• Supervises maintenance and operation of tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Operates as part of a crew with Groundmen and Trimmer/Climber.
