Job summary

R.H. White Company is seeking a Foreman Utility-Site Worker to coordinate crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping and equipment on industrial sites in Florida. The role emphasizes blueprint reading, safety, and leadership.

You will participate in development programs through our Construction Management Trainee and Foreman Development tracks, with training at our Leonard H. White Training Center and potential tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Underground construction experience required.
• OSHA-10 certification preferred; DOT medical card required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the work crew to install, maintain and repair piping and equipment.
• Lead by example, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine work procedures.
• Make decisions within precise standards of accuracy.
