Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks an usher to assist guests at entertainment events by collecting admission tickets and distributing programs. You will help guests find seats, answer questions about the venue, and train fellow ushers for peak performance.
The role requires customer service excellence, the ability to stand and move for long periods, and the capacity to assist guests in wheelchairs while complying with safety policies. You’ll support management during emergencies and events.
