Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Senior Specialist in User Research Operations to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of studies across the product lifecycle. You will partner with UX Researchers and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered insights informing design and development.

The role emphasizes end-to-end coordination, study logistics, and documentation, with a focus on healthcare environments and governance. A strong facilitation and communication skill set is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in user research, human factors, or related areas.
• Knowledge of user-centered design and qualitative research methods.
• Experience with usability testing, interviews, and contextual inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute user research studies including usability testing, interviews, and observational research.
• Coordinate study logistics including participant recruitment and scheduling.
• Prepare study materials and facilitate sessions while maintaining documentation.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to research methods such as heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs.
• Maintain research facilities and tools to ensure study readiness.
• Support compliance, governance, and vendor management activities.
• Drive research operations excellence through process improvements and knowledge sharing.
