Job summary

SpringWorks Therapeutics, a Merck KGaA company, seeks an Associate Director, Value and Access to shape and execute the OGSIVEO value proposition across US market access channels. You will develop customer-facing value narratives and access-focused strategy in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and finance teams.

This hybrid role requires leading cross-functional teams, partnering with sales, payer stakeholders, and external thought leaders, and guiding non-personal promotion initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma or biotech industry experience, including at least 3 years in market access or marketing.
• Expertise in US market access environment (payers, health systems, pharmacies, policy).
• US market access oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of market access strategy for OGSIVEO, aligning priorities with field tactics.
• Lead development of OGSIVEO value prop and resources for payers and channel customers.
• Oversee cross-functional execution, including project management, MLR reviews, and measurement frameworks.
• Shape and drive pull-through of GPO strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Brand team to create payer-focused tactics and messaging.
